Nextech has unveiled three artificial intelligence (AI) solutions that will be added to its range of technology offerings for specialty physician practices.
The company said in a statement on Friday (March 22) that the solutions include AI Assistant, AI Scribe and AI Support, which have capabilities to improve both operational efficiency and clinical and patient experience. News for the newspaper.

According to the release, the new AI virtual assistant automates up to 85 percent of routine interactions, including patient inquiries, scheduling and FAQs. It will be made available as a digital front door on practice websites.
Another new offering, Nextech’s AI Scribe, will automatically complete a patient’s chart within the company’s existing electronic health record (EHR) framework, filtering out non-medical parts of the conversation as the physician takes the patient’s history. and then enters the relevant Medical information in the clinical chart, the release states.
A third product, AI Support, will be built directly into Nextech’s software and will enable users to get quick answers to questions as per the release. Using generative artificial intelligence (GenAI), it will automate access to support resources, creating greater efficiency for staff.
